 | John's Transformation Page |
 I just added a link to John's Transformation Page. This guy decided on Jan 6, 2003 to do something about his weight and fitness. He was an IT consultant and overweight. He put up a web page that chronicalled his weight loss. He really put his mind to it and explained, in detail, his methodology. He posts a daily photo and has a gallery of all of his photos from the beginning. Be sure to look at the "Pictures By Week" gallery. It's pretty amazing.
I guess what I was most impressed with was how fast the transformation happened. Gives one inspiration.

He's located in Washington State, which has the most strict anti-spam laws, so it has been a little easier to fight a successful suit. Here's a nice account of a typical day at Disney World. I can vouch for this experience personally.
It's amazing what parents will to go through to please their children. I suppose you can think of it as a down payment for appreciation twenty years later.
